Simply I reverted back to use my Flash drive as a backup mechanism. I removed Google Drive application and stopped using Google Docs. I already has Office, so no real need to use the cloud.

Later on, I went to the Drive website and removed all my documents and also all documents that was shared was me.

One of the bad things about Google Docs is that the real file is not on your computer even when you sync to local computer, what exist is just a pointer file to the cloud file.  So I had to go to all my Google Docs documents and exported all of them to MS Office file. My case was not hurting much, as the active files that needs conversion are little. I skipped too old files that I no longer needed.

My situation does not need to have shared documents editing, it is just my personal files, so that worked for me.
